Bixby International Welcomes New Account Manager Brad Sir

Bixby International is pleased to welcome Brad Sir who recently joined the company as an Account Manager covering sales for the western United States. In his new role, Brad is based in San Diego and he reports to Bixby's Vice President of Sales, Dennis Lauzon.

Brad brings more than 20 years of professional experience to his new role, in which he will manage Bixby's current business in all regions west of the Mississippi River with the goal of increasing the customer base in this territory. Prior to his current position, Brad's previous experience includes sales roles at specialty polymer formulations company PolyOne Corp., as well as Fabri-Form, a custom plastic fabricator and thermoformer company.

"I'm very pleased to welcome Brad Sir to the Bixby sales team," said Dennis Lauzon, Vice President of Sales. "We created this new position to grow our business in California and throughout the western U.S. and Brad now plays a key role in introducing Bixby's capabilities to prospective customers in his territory as well as improving service to and nurturing our relationships with current clients throughout that region."

Brad's work with prospective clients is focused on introducing them to Bixby's ability to deliver solutions to challenging manufacturing projects that involve mono- and multi-layer film and sheet applications.

"The unique aspect of Bixby's capabilities enables me to show potential customers that we can execute projects that many other companies won't take on," Brad said. "Our ability to resolve issues for companies that they normally wouldn't be able to solve allows me to focus on each customer's needs on a case-by-case basis, and to help them develop a custom solution that is a perfect fit for them."

On a personal note, when he's not busy working with clients, Brad enjoys running, swimming, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time at the beach on his paddle board. He is also a fan of the University of Missouri's athletics teams as well as the St. Louis Cardinals. Prior to his professional career, he earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Dayton as well as an MBA from St. Louis University.
